Positive: A beautiful beach front property that offers fantastic value for money. We chose a seaview room which had a great sized balcony fornished with chairs, tables and a big drying rack for swimwear and shoes. The bedroom itself furnished with a four poster bed (with mozzie nets) a couple of tables, wardrobe and kettle. Separate loo and bathroom. The room is secured by a nautical style latch and padlock and also has one way glass. The restaurant serves great food throughout the day and what we loved most was being able to dine on the beach and not move until the tide lapped around our feet. The staff are incredible. Raj and his team couldn't do enough for us, even organising laundry and taxis. Great location to explore the local area.

Positive: Location - The hotel is on the north end of Palolem beach and closest to the ocean. My ocean front room had unrestricted views of the entire beach. The breakfast has western and Indian options. It's fabulous as is all the food at the resort. The staff is awesome. Beach chairs and facilities are top notch. The mosquito net in the room was a nice touch. For the more budget minded the off-beach rooms have nice porches and shady areas.

Negative: The rooms are nice sized but sparse which is not a problem since i spent all my time outside. The appeal for this hotel is the location, food and staff.
